Imitations of our Services are not allowed. You agree that we have the right at any time to remove your access and ban you from our server if suspected of imitating in any form.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 16 - REFUNDS

We offer refunds within a 30-day period on your first initial payment if you are not satisfied or have difficulty understanding or using our Services. This means you have 30 days after signing up for any TradeDots subscription plan to request a refund on your first initial payment.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@tradedots.ai. Refund requests are generally reviewed and responded to on the same business day. If approved, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account.

We allow refunds for a customer's first yearly subscription auto-renewal if we are contacted within the first 72 hours of billing. We do not offer refunds under any other circumstances beyond the 30-day period, including in cases where the auto-renewal was overlooked.

We send renewal reminders prior to annual billing cycles, and it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in or contacting support@tradedots.ai.

SECTION 17 - RECURRING PAYMENT

By purchasing either the TradeDots monthly, TradeDots quarterly, or TradeDots yearly plans you agree to allow TradeDots Limited to debit the listed Subscription fee amount automatically through the payment method that you have provided on a monthly basis for TradeDots monthly plan, every three months for a TradeDots quarterly plan, or every year for a TradeDots yearly plan.

Payments will continue to be deducted from your debit card, credit card, or payment account until you cancel your subscription service through our self-service portal. The amount to be deducted for each consecutive payment will be listed on the home page of our website underneath each subscription plan.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the United States without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Service in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

All information we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
